For over 20 years Steve has worked with a wide range of companies overseas and in Australia to plan and deliver business growth projects. Using strategy, business planning, sales & marketing combined with business and project management he has helped identify and capture the value of growth opportunities, win new business, generate increased profits, launch new products, and start new business in local and international markets.

Since migrating to Australia in 2005, Steve has helped clients to write business plans that have generated finance, conduct market research which has informed high value business investments, launch new services, launch a not-for-profit organisation; and has worked with business owners and management to learn how to value and then improve the value of their business.

  • Pre-bid M&A evaluation of an A$ 250m turnover vehicle leasing company in
  • Germany. Financial evaluation of an auto parts M&A deal resulting in incremental A$ 2.5m profit for almost zero cost outlay by the client.
  • Competitor profiling and evaluation for a US$ multi-million firm, which helped them to decide in which new businesses to invest.
  • Helped a motoring services company with its Business Strategy to focus on those new business areas that were best suited to meeting their business objectives and desired financial return.
  • Conducted market research for a software company which helped them to decide where to invest in new product development.
  • Prepared business case for a new auto product, winning a $64,000 Federal Government grant.
  • Established a not-for-profit charitable foundation to provide an educational scholarship.
