For over 25 years Chris has worked with SME companies in sales, marketing and management. He has helped increase market share, improve profitability and develop export markets, using his expertise in business strategy, marketing and sales, innovation and export market development.

Since establishing a professional business advisory practice in early 2000 Chris has helped clients to optimise the structures, strategies, processes and people necessary to accelerate the growth of these businesses.

In addition to his work with individual companies, Chris has worked with governments and industry associations to create and deliver a number of sector-development initiatives.

  • Guided a start-up Medical Device company from first prototype to capital-raising, including market research, development of business model, strategic business plan and the Information Memorandum.
  • Reviewed the distributor network of a Scientific Equipment manufacturer and advised on changes.
  • Conducted a Diagnostic Review of a Manufacturing company; advised on changes to their business strategy; prepared an Information Memorandum to attract
  • international strategic investment.
  • Advised a Biotechnology company on its export strategy into Asia.
  • Assisted a niche manufacturing industry to develop a Technology Roadmap of future needs
  • Conducted a feasibility study for a tertiary institute to assess a potential target market.
  • Conducted training in Entrepreneurship & Leadership for more than 60 companies across Australia.
  • Wrote Victorian Government’s Strategic Industry Plan for the Medical & Scientific Equipment Industry.
